We’re a smallholding built on a shared love of animals, the outdoors, and doing things the right way — even when that means getting a bit muddy along the way!
What started as two people who loved “country-life” has become a life built around the land, the weather, the seasons, and the animals we adore. Our shared love for our animals (or “the kids,” as they’re usually referred to) is probably even greater than our love for each other — and that’s saying something.
Over the years, our family has grown into a lively, chaotic, heartwarming mix of alpacas, chickens, a cat, dogs, ducks, horses, and sheep. Each one brings their own personality, their own mischief, and their own place in our daily rhythm. They’re not just part of the smallholding — they are the smallholding.
Our Values – We are passionate about keeping tradition and heritage at the centre of everything we do — from our husbandry and care to the way we produce and share what comes from our land. We believe in doing things properly, respectfully, and with a deep connection to the animals and the environment around us.
This isn’t just a lifestyle for us. It’s a commitment to living simply, working hard, and honouring the old ways while embracing the joy and humour that come with smallholding life.
