Equine Care
Good animal health starts from within, and our wellbeing services are designed to support exactly that....
As a certified Natural Hoof Care Practitioner, Gemma works closely with horses and their owners to restore soundness, strength, and balance—one hoof at a time. Inspired by Jamie Jackson’s wild horse model, her approach honours the way nature designed the equine foot: strong, adaptive, and capable of thriving barefoot.
This is more than just trimming hooves—it’s about supporting a way of life. Gemma helps owners create environments and routines that promote healthy movement, natural wear, and long-term soundness – we’re shifting the hoof care mindset toward compassion, connection, and clarity.

Hoof Boot Fitting
We’re proud to be an Approved Fitting Partner with The Hoof Boot Shop, offering professional hoof boot fitting to support horses at every stage. Whether your horse is transitioning to barefoot, needs extra comfort on challenging terrain, or requires support during rehabilitation, we provide calm, patient fittings tailored to their individual needs. We’ll guide you through the different styles and ensure the right fit, so your horse can move confidently and comfortably.
With the right support in place, hoof boots can play an important role in maintaining soundness while allowing the hoof to strengthen naturally.
Trimming (ISNHCP)
As a certified Natural Hoof Care Practitioner trained through the ISNHCP, Gemma provides trimming that works with the horse, not against them. Inspired by the principles of natural hoof care, each trim is tailored to support balance, strength, and healthy function over time. This approach looks beyond the hoof itself, considering movement, environment, and lifestyle as part of the bigger picture.
The aim isn’t just a neat trim, but long-term soundness — helping your horse develop strong, resilient hooves that can perform as they were naturally designed to.
